1. Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Made on Autobayng.com: The purchase must be made directly through Autobayng.com.
- Refund Request: Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
- Condition of Products/Services: Items or services must be unused, unprocessed, and in their original condition. Refunds may not be issued for damaged, processed, or used products/services.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- ❌ Vehicle History Report - Once a Vehicle History Report is generated and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
- ❌ Customs Duty Verification - Refunds will not be issued if the customer provides incorrect or incomplete information.
- ❌ Reprint / Recovery of Lost Customs Papers - Refunds are not issued if the chassis number or VIN has already been processed.
- ❌ Dealer Plan Upgrades - Refunds will not be issued for any upgrades to our Dealer Plan.
- ❌ Featured Items/Listings - Refunds are not issued for Featured Items/Listings as these services activate instantly.
3. Refundable Scenarios
✔️ Vehicle Not Found in Customs Database (Customs Duty Verification & Reprint/Recovery of Lost Customs Papers Only)
If a vehicle is not found in the official Nigeria Customs database, a full refund will be granted under our 14-day money-back guarantee.
Important: Refunds will not be granted if the vehicle is found in the database and any documents have already been processed.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Our Support Team: Send an email to support@autobayng.com with your order details (order number, date of purchase, and a brief explanation of your issue).
- Provide Supporting Documents: Attach any supporting documents (e.g., photos or screenshots) to assist in processing your refund request.
- Review and Processing: Once we receive your request, we will review it. If it meets the refund criteria, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of purchase. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider, which may take up to 10 business days.
6. Shipping Costs
- For physical products: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or an error was made on our part.
- For digital services/products: No shipping fees are involved.
